Our away fans
Just thought I'd give you a mention. I know a lot of you have had years of shit to watch and get dragged around to see.

For those that have been lucky enough to go to all 3 away games this year it must feel like just rewards.

Happy travels and long may it continue.

Has a team ever beaten arsenal, Liverpool, city, Chelsea and man utd away in a season.....

Re: Our away fans
i was in the main stand for this match (usual spot thanks to a big client of mine) and I have to say that I so so so wanted to be with our lot in the away end. Fantastic singing and banter. Well done to all those that do this week in week out. I'd love to but the Mrs and my heart wouldn't have it!

Got to say there were a few renditions of bubbles going off in the main stand too by the way. We're not noted for being 'demure and quiet' are we!

Re: Our away fans
Couldn't agree more, the away support have had to put up with so much shit over the years and still turn up in numbers and make themselves heard the next week.
Let's hope our dream start continues.

Re: Our away fans
I can't lie, it's been very enjoyable and a lot of fun. "Barcelona we're coming for you" "We're gonna win the league" are all joys at this time of the season.

Not sure the liver's enjoyed it so much

Fair play to the hard core away mob, they haven't had much to cheer about but the three away games so far must seem like all their Christmases have come at once

Did you smash the champers on the way back whuffy?

Re: Our away fans
To be fair Roe if they stories about you are true your liver has always been under pressure regardless of the football on show.

Or football being played.

I'd hazard a guess your liver would be battered if football hadn't even been invented.

Re: Our away fans
Yep much deserved for those who do it week in, week out.

I do 4 or 5 away trips a season, vary where I go, to go back year after year to see us get battered at Anfield, Emirates, City I think would break my resolve somewhat, so massive respect for those that go back every year, you deserve them wins.

Unfortunately I couldn't make City on Saturday but Liverpool was the one for me, seen us win at most other places including City. Going tonight on my own it seems!

Our away fans

Not sure if anyone has won at all those clubs away but isnt it 13 or so years since any away side has won at City, Arsenal and Liverpool??

Re: Our away fans
Well done to all everyone who makes the trips home and away week in week out.

With Liverpool and City now completed, I am trying to think of any other PREMIERSHIP grounds we have not won at, the only ones I can think of are:-

Norwich
Southampton (won at the Dell a couple of times, not sure about St Marys)
Bournemouth (obviously 1st attempt this season)

Re: Our away fans
Sky didn't have any mics near our fans on sunday so we sounded really quiet, even when we scored.

Shame that, as I always like hearing the atmosphere and I reckon it would have been bouncing.
